Munson Township offices are staffed with an office manager and office assistant from 9am to 4pm weekdays, excluding federal holidays. Offices are located within Munson Town Hall at 12210 Auburn Road. The Town Hall also includes rentable space for private events. Residents are welcome to stop in or contact the Township office with questions or concerns.

Staff

Office Manager - Paula Friebertshauser
The office manager performs various functions in response to the public and the Board of Trustees. The office manager serves as the liaison between departments, residents, and outside solicitation/media with the trustees. The office manager prepares contracts, various yearly reports, grant applications/documentation, record requests, acts in a human resources role, and assists the zoning inspector, fiscal officer, and service department.

Office Assistant - Julie Johnston

The office assistant interacts with the public, answers phones, processes mail, updates the website, assists the zoning inspector and service department with routine correspondence, prepares the township newsletter, and coordinates township events. The office assistant also coordinates town hall, pavilion, and grounds rental/lease reservations.
