Board of Zoning Appeals

The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is a quasi-judicial body that acts in the manner of judges with respect to appeal requests related to zoning decisions, including both area and use variances, and conditional use permits. The Township Trustees appoint five members to the BZA for five-year terms and two alternates for two-year terms. Hearings are scheduled for the third Thursday of each month at 6:30pm.
