Zoning
Zoning is the regulation of the use of land and buildings, which enables a community to control the development of its own territory, providing for orderly growth. The Zoning Resolution dates back to 1948, when Munson Township was the first rural township in the state of Ohio to enact township zoning. Office hours are typically Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9am to 3pm or by appointment. The zoning office can be reached at (440) 286-9182.
